Class of 1964

Mike Sharp

What are you doing these days?
I worked for Northwest Airlines for twenty-three years, but due to the stress of the job in the reservations department, I left.  That was in 1995.  I then began my own janitorial cleaning business.  It’s called “Sharp’s – A Fine Touch of Cleaning.”  I do both businesses and homes and it’s been very successful.  I hope to keep cleaning for a few more years until I can collect our much-owed Social Security.

Tell us about your children.
I don’t have any.  I’ve got a twelve-year-old spoiled cat named “Yuki.”

Highlights of the past 40 years.
With my work as an airline employee for over twenty-three years, I was fortunate enough to have traveled to Australia, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Europe, Mexico, and the Caribbean.  One of the biggest highlights was sitting across from actress Elizabeth Taylor in first class on a flight from Los Angeles to Guadalajara, Mexico.

Words of Wisdom to Impart?
I’m a strong believer in fate.  So “what will be will be” and try to live life to the fullest.

Your funniest memory(s) while at PSHS.
Can’t really think of any – it wasn’t boring, but lots of fun.

General Unloading Done Here.  Your choice of subject(s).
Chicken in every pot and free health care for everyone.
